钱朝山今年54岁，来自安徽省和县善厚镇石坝村，是一位养鸡大户。他患有肾脏疾病，妻子患有多发性胃息肉，多次手术治疗加上医药费掏空了本就不厚实的家底。

2018年，钱朝山向村里提出了贫困户申请。那时，当地政府招呼有劳动能力的贫困户自己生长工业，并因户施策。村里勉励钱朝山养鸡，并无偿提供了200多亩白杨林给他生长养殖。经由几年的生长，现在他的养殖规模已靠近1500只。

今年疫情期间，由于交通封锁，鸡蛋滞销，积压变质，无奈之下他扔了6000多个蛋。“卖不出去，愁死了。

”钱朝山说。疫情缓和后，他就一天天拉着鸡蛋到市场卖。

5月8日这天，县人社局在镇上组织了一场脱贫就业培训会。培训会直接询问大家的需求，举行下单式培训。“我家的鸡和鸡蛋挂到电商平台，能卖出几多？”钱朝山问道。

培训竣事后，他把电商卖力人请回了家。“看完之后，我就买了200个蛋和3只母鸡，我先回去吃吃看，到底品质如何。”安徽巾帼电子商务有限公司总司理朱萍告诉记者。

没过几日，公司卖力人给钱朝山带来了好消息，马鞍山一家公司需要3万个鸡蛋，准备从他这里采购。除了电商平台，当地政府还努力组织消费扶贫。据县扶贫办统计，停止现在，当地政府通过线上线下直接购置贫困户各种农产物达112万余元。

“县医院在我这购置了2000个鸡蛋和30只鸡，镇政府也采购了400个鸡蛋。”钱朝山说。

”他说。疫情期间，仅仅在乌江镇就有十几户贫困户在政府的先容下找到了事情。在长江岸边的一家大理石加工厂，陈兴友也找到了心仪的事情。

“现在主要的事情就是切割大理石，离家近，还能照顾家人。”陈兴友来自和县乌江镇，今年42岁，眷属患重病，因病致贫。受疫情影响，平时外出打工的时机也没有了，正当他一筹莫展的时候，政府对接当地企业，为他找到了事情。“现在每个月人为3000多元。
